After completely redesigning and rebuilding the hospital, the results were phenomenal. Because it was a multi-phased construction effort, they were able to keep the hospital fully operational while renovation and reconstruction was conducted. The result was essentially a new facility that will provide for their needs in the decades to come.

The owners of the animal hospital contacted us to look at their existing facility and see what opportunities there were to support the continued growth of their business. The building was functional and serviceable, but the twenty years of steady growth had maximized the use of every nook and cranny.
Instruct
Our analysis of their building, site, and workflow guided us to solution that reorganized the lobby and entry to improve the customer experience, improved staff work space, and nearly double their exam room capacity. The interior design created a comfortable environment that integrates the hospitals branding elements through-out the renovated space.
Build
The challenge was to completely rebuild their facility around them while they continue to see patients, and keep everyone safe at the same time, all thru the winter. Working with the building team we developed a multi-phased approach to the construction efforts; a 9-step process that kept the front door, and at least 2 exam rooms, open at all times. This renovation refreshed the identity of the animal hospital and will allow them to remain in their building for another 20 years.
